The Historian and philologist Spiro Kondo died on January 29th, 1967. He was born in the village of Dardha, of Korca in 1862. He studied the antiquity of our nation, argued the Pelasgian origins of Albanians and Albanian language. In 1961 he published “The Albanians and pelasgian problem”, where he included a number of important documents and arguments about the history of our nation origin. He summed up the subsequent researches in the volume “prehistoric studies.”
