According to information dated June 30, 1920, the American Red Cross had erected 135 hospital beds in Shkodra, two wards for women, two small rooms for postoperative treatments, a private pavilion and a division, where they were admitted 1800 2500 patients. Near the hospital there were also three clinics: children, women and a sanatorium. At the same time, the dispensary in Shkodra treated 3500-4000 patients a month, mainly from malaria and tuberculosis.
