On May 31, 2000, he died in Canada, director Viktor Stratoberdha. In 1955, he completed his studies in cinematography in Moscow. Along with Sergei Jutkevic, an Albanian student collaborated for filming “Skenderbeu”. After graduating, he shot some documentary films. His first work is the “Happy Holidays” documentary that appeared on screen in 1955. His second film titled “Congratulations to a Student Friend”, an attempt to give artistic value to documentary film. Innovative spirit, the filmmaker tried to introduce it into a movie without a “Cinema Verite” movie, which was not allowed to appear and the author was persecuted and exiled to Berat.
