4 December 1912, Hasan Xhiku raised the black and red flag in Gjirokastra

The patriot Hasan Xhiku along with other patriots from Gjikrokastra, on December 4^th, 1912, raised the national flag in his hometown, thus demonstrating for union with the Provisional Government of Vlora.
