4 December 1943, Tito’s speech: Kosovo’s future has to be decided in a plebiscite

On December 4^th, 1943 Josip Broz Tito president of Yugoslavia, had stated that “the future of Kosovo will be decided by plebiscite and the borders, if it is necessary, will be adjusted in the favor of Albania”. Meanwhile the practice showed the opposite.
