Masakra e Mehmet Pashë Bushatlliut
On September 4, 1770, Mehmet Pasha Bushatlliu ordered to cut the head to his opponent Hysen beut and the head was sent to Lezha. At the same time, Hysen bey’s grandson was slaughtered, while two of the Toptans leaders opposed the powerful Bushatlli of Shkodra hanged in Tirana.
