4th October 1759, people of Himara sent a representative to the Russian empress; fighting together the Ottomans

The insurgents from Himara, through a representation sent on October 4^th, 1759, in Saint Peters-burg, proposed to the Russian empress Elisabeth,  the readiness to fight together against the Ottomans.
