4th October 1858, is approved by the Sublime Port, the request for opening Albanian schools in Tirana

On October, 4^th, 1858, the Sublime Port approved the persistent request of Seit Toptani, for the opening of one school in Tirana. The expenditures for the salaries of teachers and textbooks were afforded by the state.
