Ismail Qemali, Luigj Gurakuqi
On November 5th, 1912, Ismail Qemali and Luigj Gurakuqi organized in Bucharest, the meeting of Albanian colony. It was decided to create a commission that will go to Europe, to defend in front of the great powers, the rights of the Albanian nation, and the executive committee that would take over the governing of Albania. It was created a committee that would coordinate the activities, to help the motherland.
