February 5th, 1997 The Ethnographic Museum of Berat was declared “National Museum”

The Ethnographic Museum of Berat, on February 5^th, 1997, was declared “National Museum”. In this way the 2500 years ancient city, besides the National Museum “Onufri”, has today another museum with this status.
