Following the reinstatement of the Ancienian rule in Albania, Philip, Prince of Taran, with a diploma dated September 5, 1304, reaffirmed the privileges given earlier to the different strata of the cities of the Kingdom of Albania. “All immunities, freedoms, liberties, forgiveness and privileges, said in the degree, we assure you.”
