5th October 1930, was held the Balkan Congress of Foreign Ministries

On October 5^th, 1930, in Helen Capital with the participation of Albania, Bulgaria, Rumania, Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey was gathered The First Balkan Conference, where was decided the annual meeting of Foreign Ministries; the preparation of the Balkan Pact and the establishment of a permanent organ  of cooperation.
