6 November 1417, Gjon Kastrioti intends access to the sea

In effort for access to the sea and to expand his lands, Gjon Kastrioti, the father of Gjergj Kastriot, on November 6^th, 1417, requested help to Venice for Shëngjergj, Medua and Barbullush, aiming the regions of Shkodra.
