The leaders of the highland tribes, gathered in Kruja on 6 September 1913, protested against the decision of “leaders in London”, so against the Conference of Ambassadors. As it is known, the conference broke out of the Arberor trunk Hotin, Gruda and Kosovo. The Assembly expressed support of the Government of Vlora and for the ban on blood feuds.
