At Kristo Meksi home, in Bucharest on December 7th, 1909, was established the patriotic society “Bashkimi”. The Commission composed of Kristo Meksi, Visar Dodani, Pandeli Evangjeli, Rafael Anastasi and Vangeli Zografi had prepared the statute that was approved by the founder meeting. was also elected the headship , headed by Thoma Çami.
