Kuvendi i Kaçanikut
The Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo, composed of Albanian MPs, gathered in Kaçanik, on 7 September 1990, adopted the Constitution, which proclaimed Kosovo the Republic. In accordance with the adopted constitution, were held the general pluralistic elections for the new Assembly and the President of the Assembly.
