In the city of Flag, on May 8th, 1947, was born Kujtim Laro, a talented composer, Merited Artist. After graduating at the Higher Institute of Arts in 1970, he gave his valuable contribution to the enrichment and spread of our music, between the Radio-Tirana microphones. He was a successful participant of the songs festival on Radio-Television and other musical activities of the institution. Some of his works have been played by the Radio Symphony Orchestra and have been recorded to remain in the treasury of our musical culture. He remains one of the composers who contributed more to the development of Albanian cinematography, composing the music of about 25 feature films.
