8 September 1614, in the Assembly of Kuçi, the leaders of anti-Ottoman movements were gathered from all over the Balkans

On September 8th, the second Balkan Assembly of Kuci was convened, with representatives of Montenegro, Bosnia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Dalmatia attended, besides the Albanian leaders. As a rally of the anti-Ottoman rebellious movements of Balkan peoples, he sought to co-ordinate the liberation struggle of the oppressed peoples of the peninsula, with the combat actions of the coalition of European states.
