8th October 1912, Hasan Riza Pasha was murdered by Osman Bali

On October 8^th, 1912, Osman Bali, an agent of Esat Pashë Toptani, murdered the general of Turkish army, Hasan Riza Pasha, Veli of Shkodra. Because of this, Turkish forces left the Northern city and Esat Pasha took the command.
