8 November, 1919, 99 patriots against the Serbian flag in Shkodra

99 patriots from all over Albania, on November 9^th, 1919 through a letter addressed to the foreign ministries of Italy, France, England and the United States, protested against the raising of Serbian flag in the Municipality of Shkodra.
