On February 16th, 1868 Serbia and Greece, signed in Athens a military convention that completed the Treaty of Vëslaut. They aimed a common war against Turkey and a new composition of the Balkans, especially for the western part of the peninsula. Greece, was stated in this agreement, in case of a victory will conquer Thessaly and Epirus, so the southern Albania, while Serbia will conquer Bosnia and Herzegovina. But in a secret act that was included in the Treaty of Vëslaut was stated that Serbia will conquer several provinces of Kosovo and northern Albania.
