By a diploma dated May 18, 1273, Charles I Anzou, king of Sicily and the Duke of Durres, donated Arbres nobleman Pal Gropes for his services, some feudals as the village of Radici i Madh and Radica e Vogel, Kovshica, Zerqanin , Krajen and Zeshica, who were not part of Arberia’s kingdom.
