On July 5, 1761, in Elbasan became the meeting of members of the goldsmith’s guild. In the register, which is a sort of Codex of the Armed Forces, where the most important events and annotations are noted, the names of 13 students titled “the tester” or the right to practice the jeweler’s profession were recorded.
