Gramoz Pashko, a pedagogue and political personality, one of the founders of the Democratic Party, died in 17 July 2006. He was injured during the summer vacation in Dhermi. Our doctors could not do anything to get out of the coma and decided to be sent to Italy. For this purpose, the Republican Guard Helicopter was used, which was used by the Prime Minister. The helicopter disappeared about 70 miles from the beaches of Puglia and Gramoz Pashko and the accompanying persons, including his 24-year-old son, found death. The deceased was among the leaders of the student and anticommunist movement in the early 1990s. Since the first pluralistic elections, he became a deputy of the People’s Assembly.
