On August 16, 1925, the President of the Republic of Albania, Ahmet Zogu, authorized the return to Homeland of 60 political personalities fugitive abroad after the failure of the June Revolution. In the special order issued on this case, all the names of the amnestied persons were allowed, which were allowed to return to Albania.
