Voskopoja
The journalist, Dhori Shkodrani was born in Voskopoja, on 16 September 1922. From the year 1955 and until his retirement, he has worked in “Luftetari” newspaper: first he was an editor, then the head of the culture editorial and during the 1965-1970 years he was the secretary of the newspaper collegians.
