On 22 September 1913, spontaneous armed movement against Serbian occupiers turned into movement that liberated Dibra and raised the Albanian flag there. Serbian army were forced to back away from Struga and Ohrid. The insurrection was supported by the Bulgarian-Macedonian people. The war was expanded at Dukagjini Valley. The rebels attack Gjakova and Prizren.
