Berat
The doctor of science Dhimitër Pinguli was born on October 26th, 1907, in Berat. He followed the school of Berati and the high school of Shkodra and won two diplomas; or chemist and chemical engineer in the University of Tuluza and in Montpelier of France. Before the war and in the years of occupation, he was employed in the private pharmacies of Vlora and Durres. After the liberation, he has directed the laboratories of oil in Kucova, of rubber factory in Durres, of chemical enterprise in Tirana, the Food Industry, in the laboratory of the Geological Research Institute, the Institute of Light Industry Research, etc.
