Ismail Qemali
On October 27th, 1912, Ismail Qemali arrived in the capital of Rumania, Bucharest and was hosted by our migrants. He intended to stabilize the Albanian colony, but also the Romanian politics, in support of the action for the declaration of independence of Albania.
