The controversy between the winners in the First Balkan War, inflated even more by the Great Powers, aimed at strengthening their positions on the peninsula, led to the outbreak of the Second Balkan War on June 26, 1913. This time, the Balkan powers Against Bulgaria, which did not face the joint attack. In fact, the two Balkan carcasses, which became the prelude of World War I, caused great damage to our country, although Albania, on the basis of international acts, was a neutral state.
