Sotir Kolea
Today is celebrated the establishment of the National Library. It was established on December 10th 1922 with 3000 volumes inherited from “Literary of Shkodra” and the society “Vllaznia”. The first director was Sotir Kolea. It collects and preserves the Albanian publications, creating the, the richest Albanological fund in the world.
