The city without cars
Today is the initiative day “for a city without cars”. On 22nd September 2003, for the first time 6 cities: Tirana, Shkodra, Vlora, Durrësi Elbasani and Lezha become part of the initiative of 1000 Europeans big cities for the vehicle traffic interruption for several hours.
