On October 16th, 1908, was born Enver Hoxha in Gjirokastra. He has done the high studies in France. He leaded the Albania Communist Party and the National Liberation War. After the liberation, on the top of Albanian Labor Party he raised the state of “dictatorship of the proletariat”, and headed the construction of the economy and social culture.
