Ulcinj Ali Cenaj journalist, was born on July 19, 1957. He completed his primary and secondary school at home and graduated in Albanian Language Literature at the University of Prishtina. He started the journalist movement in the newspaper “Rilindja”, which was later called “Word”, “Spark” and “Bujku”. He has been an editor in Pristina’s “Zërl” newspaper, as well as a contributor to the Albanian radio programs of Podgorica. His writings are also encountered in other Albanian bodies, published in Albania and in the Diaspora.
