On August 2, 1920, via a telegraph, all the prefectures were informed that at 10.30 in Tirana, the Italian-Albanian protocol was signed, according to which the Italian invaders would leave Vlora and the coast. For the Albanian side the protocol, which ended with the victory of the glorious epoch of the Vlora War, was signed by Sulejman Delvina.
