On October 22nd, 1919, in behalf of the Albanian people, for the Great Power was sent a protest that opposed the requirements of Italy, or protectorate and control of Albania. Also this document opposed the claims and the demands of the Serbs and Greeks, for partition of the country and demanded from Europe the warranty for the national independence.
