The Italian-Greek secret talks ended on July 29, 1919, with the signing of a secret agreement “Tritoni-Venezellos”, according to which Italy made Greece a series of concessions, many of which had to do with Albania. Thus Rome supported the Greek request for the annexation of Korça and Gjirokastra, while Greece accepted the annexation of Vlora and Sazani from Italy.
